After a special vinification we came to the conclusion that this grape variety shows a great dynamic so, for this reason, we decided to produce two new wines, "Moschato Dry" and "Moschato Semi-sweet". 
The second is the semi-sweet version of the first one, which was accomplished by ceasing the fermentation via freezing and filtration.
